Schitts came out to fix a water leak at my house. There was a leaking PVC elbow that need replacing. They were able to replace the elbow and finish everything up in less than an hour. Total cost was $450ish. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how they are justifying $450 for less than an hour of labor and less than $10 in PVC fittings. Other than the pricing the service was good.

I called several plumbing companies before calling this one out and sadly I should have waited for the other companies to be available. I had an emergency leak in my kitchen and bathroom area and they assigned Ron to come out and fix everything. He advised he would cut out a piece of the piping I already had running because it was no longer in code, and it would not have any warranty, meaning for me I would have to pay 300 dollars to him and if this occurs again that would be money down the drain if it breaks again, thats why I didnt get the service. The other problem was that Ron didnt want to check to make sure that was the only issue instead, he went off what I showed him which was also concerning. He never took a look at my bathroom area and then I proceeded to have them step out for a moment , I advised them I would only pay the service fee and wait on any services provided by them. Ron began to get irate and advised me I didnt know how much real plumbing cost and he also advised other things that had nothing to do with his services as a plumber. The point of a quote is to come out and provide a price for your service , so if anyone declines the service you should charge your service fee and move on. I am a woman and I know if I were a guy this man would have not behaved as he did.He truly decided to lack self discipline today.
