CJJ&W is a great place to learn Jiu-jitsu for beginners, all the way to high level competitors! The systematic drilling, and situational sparring, has really accelerated the growth of my game. The cold plunges are super convenient & have helped with recovery. Issac is a great coach & a down to earth, genuine guy. I've been training for 2 years now and met him early on. Through his love for Jui-jitsu, networking, & dedication, he has become a staple in the community. He has consistently worked with great minds & world class athletes. He has a trove of knowlege. Glad he opened up a spot!

The programs is growing and I am looking forward to watching the womens program grow as the gym continues to grow. Isaac has many years of experience through his wandering across the country and spending time in rooms with a lot of skilled Jiu Jitsu. Youll be happy to make this investment in yourself and seeing who you become. Plus there is wellness side for recovery and a shower!

CJJW is a clean & spacious facility that follows a great systematic curriculum for BJJ and offers other great amenities for patrons to utilize. 10/10 would recommend.
