Same day service. The technician was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator and familiar with the issue I was having. He fixed it very quickly and was very polite and personable. Followed up with me the next day to make sure that the ice maker was working.

Please seek appliance repair elsewhere.  You will NOT get the service you need here.  The owner came out only to accept my copay via Home Choice Warranty Company.  He diagnosed the problem with my fridge and told me that he would order the needed part.  Weeks went by without an update.  When I called to inquire about the part,  he told me that the warranty company was going to replace my fridge with a new one. Fast forward two more days.  I contacted the warranty company, who never got a diagnosis from him. They were as shocked as me.  I am about as hot as my fridge is inside because it keeps going into defrost mode.  He's caused me food spoilage and a lot of frustration.
