We are sorry you did not receive what you believe to be the best. Our flowers are ships directly from central America and are as fresh as we can get them. They are however dead from the moment they are cut and we do our best to prolong their beauty as long as possible. Placement and environment can have a big effect on the lifespan once they are delivered. If they are placed near a vent, or window they will wilt faster. If the temperature in your house is warm, they will definitely wilt fast. If you are unhappy you can always give us a call and we'd be happy to replace your order. However, I do remember you and our conversation. We tried to find the information for you but the issue is that they did not purchase flowers directly from us. They went through an order collection company, 1800-flowers. 1800-flowers are not actually florists and will not give the senders information to us. Furthermore, they have strict policies about their orders. They send a picture as well as recipe for the order for the florist to follow. We are not allowed to deviate or add flowers to their recipe. Unfortunately this can be deceiving for the customers because what they inform the florist is that we are to take out the delivery fee, service fee, cost of vase from the total. So your order for example, was a total of $45. After the delivery fee, service fee and vase the value of your flowers was actually only $26. They don't tell the customers this. If you go directly to a local florist a lot of those fees are cut out plus you have the contact information you very much wanted from the sender. I hate you had a bad experience, if there is anything we can do please don't hesitate to ask.
