I recently had need to have a tub refinished as part of a bath remodel. For what it may be worth, I have been a construction manager in healthcare for over 35 years. Yet, I have never had a tub or similar refinished. I called a number of so called tub refinishing professionals to discuss the process and request quotes. Tub and Tile Solutions responded promptly. Todd was helpful and explained the process, differences as compared with other refinishing applications and the warranty details. The promised quote arrived by email when I was told. The price was a little bit more than others, but I had determined T&TS’s process would last longer. I will add that Todd offered to price a cheaper application, if I was interested. Once scheduled, the installer started communicating with my wife as I had requested. My wife reported he communicated effectively. On the day of the application, he showed up on time and worked efficiently. In and out in 2 hours. We had just completed a remodel that included some expensive new tile, so protecting those surfaces was a big concern. Because I could not be there, I was on the phone asking my wife to confirm that adjacent surfaces were being masked off well. The temporary protection was left in place after the tub was refinished. When I arrived home later in the evening, I was anxious to inspect the finished product. I removed the masking and stood back to admire what looked like a brand new tub. The moment was short when my wife gasped and pointed to what looked like overspray on the floor tile. After looking at the area from several angles, we agreed that some of the spray had run underneath the masking tape. My wife sent a text with a pic to Todd after 10:00 PM about our concern. He responded early the next morning and arranged for Raymond to return to remove the overspray. I was around when Raymond returned. To my embarrassment, Raymond was able to demonstrate that what looked like white refinishing overspray on the tile was actually a reflection from the tub. I cannot say enough about Raymond’s professionalism and graciousness. He had rearranged his busy schedule to address our unwarranted concerns putting us ahead of scheduled jobs. When I think about the many unpleasant reactions he could have had to the false alarm, it makes me appreciate his customer focused response all the more. I highly recommend Tub and Tile Solutions for your refinishing needs. They have an “old-school customer service approach” in a time that it is extremely rare.

We received Todd's contact info from a respected source and established communication about our desire to dramatically improve our hall bathroom shower and tub. Our home is over 50 years old, and it was in need of vast improvement, both for our enjoyment and for home sale in the near future. Todd and his crew performed the work, working diligently and professionally in our home for the entire project, which took about a week. His team is trustworthy, friendly, and prompt. I had Todd and his crew come in and refinish my 2 bathrooms from the tub to the tile and even the floor. Fantastic work. Exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Would definitely recommend if someone is looking to update their bathrooms for a reasonable price.

Mr. Ray refinished our tub and I can not believe the outcome! It looks brand new! Mr. Todd, the owner was very quick to respond and had me on the books in no time! I will definitely recommend them in the future! Happy customer!
