Comment: around 11:30am, Drive thru was completely empty. Card reader at drive thru was down, was told Id need to come inside for card purchase. I asked to place my order at the first window like they had done a few days prior (Card reader was down then also, WHY is this such an issue!?!?) bc I have covid and couldnt come inside. She said sorry they couldnt they had a line inside. Her tone. So I quickly pulled over and walked inside (leaving my sick kid WITH COVID in the car right at the door). Lobby was empty. No line. NOT ONE PERSON IN LINE. And workers propped against counters arms crossed like they were on break. I am sick, had sick kid in my car. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Told them kindness, compassion and a little courtesy (after telling them I had covid) goes along way today and they showed NONE. They could have made an exception. Granted that would have meant exerting a little energy on their part. I placed my order and got my sick little boy the happy meal he wanted bc thats ALL he wanted to eat. So disappointed in those pathetic excuses for human beings working in your restaurant today. We only come for happy meals for my boy and I will be thrilled when hes outgrown them.

I don't know what it is about all McDonalds at late hours but it gets ridiculous. What's the point of ordering at the drive thru speaker if you're going to ask me what I had at the window?? Then the order was still wrong including the uber eats order as well... I just don't understand!

I am as a 12 year old saying this used to be my go to place but now I cant even look at this because a 20-30 year old man working were you would get your food he looked me I and down a said I love you like pevert

Ordered today.
Got a Double Quarter pounder with Bacon and a Happy Meal.
Was charged for Bacon and Double Quarter pounder yet we got a $1 Hamburger in the Double Quarterpounder box and they asked for sauce yet didn't give it.

I ordered 2 #3s and 2 happy meals they just put me down for 2 hamburgers and 2 happy meals she asked for my drinks for the #3s but apparently didn't click them into the machine. I got the excuse its her 1st day then they made me buy the 2 meals all separate. So first I paid $21 then got charged $9 extra for fries and drinks which was wayyy more expensive then 2 #3s. I just thought it was unprofessional to mess up my order make excuses for the new girl and charge me extra for some dang McDonald's food was good but they did what the manager wanted she asked her in front of me.
