Vestavia Hills

Vestavia Hills is one of Alabama's best and safest communities with a great school system. It's located in the immediate "over-the-mountain" zone of the Birmingham Metropolitan area. It's largely a residential town with shopping centers and restaurants. As it's name indicates, Vestavia Hills is hilly. This adds to its beauty.

I went to the UPS store on hwy 31, next to Papa Johns pizza. I parked in front of the door because i had 3 pkgs. With pkgs in hand, i went to the nearest door and saw a sign that read, "enter at door around the corner." I saw 3 employees inside and knew they saw me. They could have opened the door that i assumed was locked. Once inside i asked, why is this door locked? The guy said, it's not. I then asked, "Why is there a sign there reading go to other door?" He said, "Oh, that was for when they needed customers to distance themselves during Covid-19. I then asked, why didn't anyone come to the door seeing that i was struggling with my pkgs? All 3 of the white employees looked at me. 1 lady & 1 man said, they didn't see me. I knew this was a lie and said REALLY. The lady kept saying sorry. The man said, i would have come if i saw you." This location was a bunch of bull. It's my opinion that, this site employees are getting joy watching people go around the building. I won't be using them again!!
