Mr. Brown we are in receipt of your Google review which is not forthcoming. Our office performed a Va benefits consult with you on April 1, 2023 and rescheduled your consult as a concession because you did not have all of the pertinent documents we needed to make an assessment of what our office could do. You did not submit the proper paperwork for our office to to review to determine a successful plan of action.Our office also reviewed (40) forty plus documents you sent us (late from an office max fax number- you sent to the wrong fax number twice) in preparation for your consult to include your DD214. We again had an additional consult with you Mr. Brown on April 5, 2023 and then again on June 1, 2023. You were given a plan of action of what our office could do for you. Out office relayed to you what we would do with your denied claims to succeed on the merits with your case against the DVA and you declined the cost of the pre-filing fees for us to our job. You proceeded to ask for a refund for your $250 consult fee -you said the consult was not long enough. Also, you declined to pay the pre-filing fee for our office to proceed with your case issues. Even after this we drafted and mailed you a letter on June 6, 2023 via USPS and attached copies of the our telephone servicer - the detailed minutes that our office spoke with you which accounted for (60) sixty plus minutes. You received our letter and saw the detailed called minutes our office had as to the consult with you. You were fully aware that our office charges a $250 non-refundable fee for all veteran consults and you received your consult while receiving a strategy that our office would have used to obtained your Va benefits. In closing we did not “steal” any money from you for we even called you back to see if you were ready for us to proceed with your case and you simply stated “you were not ready for us to handle your case because you could not afford the pre-filing fee at the moment”. Also, you are not a client of our office and have never been. You only contacted and communicated with our office for a veteran consultation service.Our office is still willing and able to proceed with your Va case when you’re a ready to pay the pre-filing fee that you were quoted.
