I have been doing business with this cleaners for over 5 years, and last week Nov 15 2018 when the weather was cold the store was supposed to be open by 7am I got there at 8am and it was closed I called the number on the door and spoke to area manager Tammy advised that staff was not there and store was not open, she stated staff called her earlier around 6am said they was running late but would be there soon and I explained that I was late for work and my gas was used to come there to do business and I wanted compensation of credit toward next cleaning, she said she will have to talk to owner and she would call me back, she never called, I called a few days later and talk to her, advised her she never called back, she said she was still waiting on owner, she agreed to call back, waited few more days and called today, she said she was still waiting on owner and she could not issue a $2.00 or $5.00 credit...I am truly not happy with the service from this situation... A simple credit for a long lasting customer should not be this difficult to get,...just sad and poor customer service...If I cant get this matter resolved I will be finding another cleaners to do business with.. My money is valuable and if you cant respect my Money and Time then we cant do business.....
