Berry Falls

I provided a notice to vacate and I turned in my keys, but I was charged rent when I moved out the office is extremely hostile and will not take it off. They refuse to give me an actual corporate number. They automatically signed me up for a month to month lease when I made it very clear the day I was moving out. Please do not make the mistake I made. There are way nicer apartments for $1,400 a month.

Moving into this apartment has been a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to Kalin's exceptional assistance. From the moment I stepped in, Kalin's welcoming demeanor and efficiency made the move-in process a breeze. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Kalin's attention to detail and prompt responses to any inquiries demonstrated a commitment to resident satisfaction. I appreciate the seamless transition into this wonderful living space and the outstanding support provided by Kalin. Highly recommend both the apartment and the excellent service I received during the move-in process.

This review is for Kalin Barnes only! He was amazing to work with and made the application process from beginning to end pleasant and painless. He patiently answered any questions my husband and I had about the property and amenities. He always answered the phone ready to assist, showed constant kindness and professionalism even after we moved-in. Have lived here for over 2 years and have been very pleased with our time here. Great neighbors, staff easy to work with and very communicative, maintenance always timely.
