Burger King

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered my food at the counter inside and waited and waited for my food. I heard the manager tell the folks in the back he needed a whopper with cheese 3 different times. After 15 plus minutes I finally got my meal. The burger was uncooked, loaded with way to much ketchup and mayo(Probably to cover up the fact it was not cooked), and the bread was soggy(Soaked with ketchup and mayo). Sandwich basically fell apart and was not edible. I will not be back to this location again. 2 other people from inside and about 10 customers from the drive through that ordered their food after me were served before I was. My observation is they put a higher priority to serve the drive thru before the guest that come into the building. The ketchup in the dispenser was mostly water and sour. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food is a hit or miss  unless you tell them to cook it fresh  and even then its a gamble ! My food was wrong the manager was not professional the girl in drive thru was rude bc she has a migraine... this place is good for wasting money and time  0/10 do not recommend valley location at all
