    Nothing gets done about loud music, trash everywhere, kids tearing dog bag stations apart, Mexicans screaming yelling and blowing horns, pay $1300 a month for a 1 bedroom and this is what we get, the dang slums

    Roof leaked two years , loud music all night long. Rent entirely too high for the property. Its not gated. The card for the front gate is constantly having issues, I had to dry my clothes 7 times, only two washers work . They do not doordash there anymore due to a murder happening which I had to learn from others. Every wifi provider claim they didnt cover the area. Nobody minds paying for a decent place to stay. But by all means keep your property up.$1150 for a one bedroom and to deal with all that ????

    0/10!!!!! Ive put in so many maintenance requests about my leaking refrigerator and still no one was came Ive put this is 3 months ago!! These apartments are not worth $1375!!! More like 600. Im so fed up with them i cant wait till my lease is up so I can leave !!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! They say they going to fix something and never do!!! Im fed up with the verandas!! If moving out in the middle of my lease wouldnt harm my credit I wouldve been left and I only been here for 3 months !! Just shut the whole apartment complex DOWNNN!!! Yall are horrible !! Dont do nothing but lie to you!! Come fix my refrigerator!!!

    This place is going down real quick. They seem to accept all the applicants without any background check. They just want money money money. People blasting music at night and cars honking in the early morning waking others who work nightshift trying to sleep. Two gun shootings involving deaths (both), and now car break ins and thefts. I have lived here almost 6 years and this never happened before corona, that's when this place started going downhill. Gates are left broken for years and they gave up fixing (They installed CCTV but not sure if it's working.) Cat calling, littering, screaming, smoking weed in the building, taking up all the parking spots (I saw 10 mattress came out of a single unit), people always sitting outside on the corner especially during warm season, filthy stairs, leaks in all the sinks, large dogs walking around unleashed and so on. I can't wait to move out of this place.

    Dont live here. Unless you want to over pay for a gated community but the gates always open and broken, The pool being closed, Partys and loud music all hours of the day and night, the noisiest neighbors that have no respect for real adults with real jobs, neighbors that leave trash scattered everywhere or piled beside their doors, Cars flying in and out, kids running wild and ramped all in the parking lot, stairs, and breezeways, Maintenance not fixing problems and request, making complaints multiple times with nothing changed, people not picking up after themselves or their animals. Also forget about security. There was a fatality shooting a few months ago and another crime but there was no details given. Dont even bother with the curiosity officer, they never answer. This place is a joke. It used to be nice and a decent place to live. Now its trash, which is an understatement. Would not recommend at all. 0 stars.
