Breckenridge Apartments

Ive lived here 6 years and Ive watched it slowly go downhill. Breckingridge is under new management and they are trying to get many issues repaired.They are making progress on showing plans to update this property to a better standard for our residents and future prospects as well. Come & look!

Wow! I am back to loving it here! Campbell, Trent and Tommy have been great! Im 68 and cant do everything for myself anymore. Ive lived here 3 years and couldnt get anything done! Thank you guys Sooo much. I appreciate you!

I love the location and the space my 3 bedroom apartment provides. Neighbors keep to themselves and any I have met are super sweet. New management and maintenance team are really working hard to correct previous management issues. We have a much needed new pool liner! I also had issues with my toilet recently and it was resolved in the same day! Trent was also happy to take care of a few other minor things while he was at my apartment. Things I deemed could wait since previous management rarely gave attention to the dire needs. I am happy to be a tenant and excited for the future of our little Breckenridge community under this new management.

The new management really seems to care abt fixing issues quickly. The maintenance guy is very professional and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend living here.
