Not a great experience.  Waited a long time to see someone.  Wasn't a long line at all.  I'm sure others were seen before me. The NP was nice and friendly, but there was not need to have me waiting when it seemed like staff was just talking and laughing up a storm.

I took an employee that was dizzy and having chest pains there and the individual at the front desk said "the wait is 4 hours or you can go to the emergency room". Luckily, it was not a heart attack or stroke, but nevertheless, those are words you should never hear from a medical facility with "Urgent Care" in big letters on the front of the building.

this was the worst experience. The Dr. was so unprofessional and would not listen to me. He showed no compassion whatsoever. I was there 2 hours and there was only 1 patient other than myself. just horribl.

Nurse practitioner was so kind however they have awful office staff. One wouldnt even give me the respect of making eye contact with me during a convo. Told me I would wait and hour and was there for almost 3 and after closing. They ended up telling me to call my primary. If you want to waste your time and be treated like trash then this is your perfect match.
