        Staff forced me to post a fake 5 star review for a donut so I did. If you want future health issues from all the mold and mildew you will be breathing, this is the place for you!

        The only thing this property has to offer is its location to campus. Other than that, I do not recommend living here. The rooms are extremely small for the price you pay for them. The hallways and stairwells are disgusting and have clearly been neglected for years. Maintenance takes forever to fulfill requests most times, and my biggest complaint is the office staff. They are very disorganized with paying rent and they impose late fees for no reason because they don't have things straight. I have called the office so many times and they never ever pick up the phone.

        Kristin: She has been extremely helpful with our leading issues. She has worked diligently with our parents and other roommates to solve the problem. She has spoken to us kindly and taken care of our priority. Belita: she has failed to come out of the back anytime one of our roommates has come to speak to her. She has been zero help and has caused more problems than solved. Nafira: she has also been extremely help and gets back to our emails asap.

        My son will be a future resident in Fall 2024. The staff at the Hub has gone above and beyond in answering all of our questions and helping us acquire a unit for next year. Kaleigh was extremely helpful in processing the documents quickly and efficiently and was always a pleasure to work with!
