        Management (Todd) is a real jerk and his employees thinks he is one too. They are too scared to speak up. He will accuse his tenants of anything with no solid evidence. He kicked my child out for no reason other than he had a friend whose child wanted my child's apartment. I assume since there is such a long waiting list, be careful that this CAN happen.

        College Station Properties is easy to work with! They answer all questions and do what they can to help! They even held packages for my child before our lease started and worked with her until she could pick them up! So far. A great experience! Thanks College Station Properities!

        I want to say a special thanks to College Station Properties and especially Lisa. She is always very responsive when we have an issue that needs to be addressed. We were so impressed that we decided to stay put and lease again here next school year. Lisa made the process very simple and went above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend them to others.

        The best apartment management company. You hear many horror stories of peoples apartments never getting fixed, having roof leaks, AC problems, etc. but never with College Station. I complained of a slow leaking drain and had a technician in my apartment and fixing the problem within the hour. My apartment is very cheap but the management makes it feel like a luxury service
