Online it shows that they close at 7pm. I arrived at 6:53pm admittedly pretty close to closing time. My 4yr son had seen the Nike store earlier that day and wanted to get a "cool" Nike shirt to match his pants. They would not let us in. I called and they said there line ends at 6:30pm...I'm thinking well why don't you just change your closing time to 6:30pm. I will go back there tomorrow to shop with my son but I was extremely disappointed that they didn't at least show some empathy that we couldn't come in. The girl at the door just shook her head and moved her hand back and forth at her neck to say we couldn't come in. All I wanted was to have the employees show some care. I guess they are not known for that at Nike.
