It was our first time stopping by and he was so nice to my little girl who was looking for the Jordan cherry 12s. She purchased this shoe for her gift to herself. The owner was Great, his customer service was great and his prices were great as well we will be back to shop again!!!

I love going here! Every time I go to Allure the workers are so helpful and nice. I couldnt ask for a better experience when shopping at a sneaker store! I appreciated the authenticity of sneakers in Tuscaloosa, I feel that that is hard to come by in Alabama.

i have been here multiple times. very much overpriced. everything in there you could find on nikes website or on goat for a more reasonable price. it is a resale store, but some of it is just ridiculous. customer service is sorely lacking. walked in and was not greeted, but the people who walked in after were. other times, the employees were on their phones and didnt look up and didnt seem to value their customers much. another time, they had random people who didnt even work there behind the counter. seems very unprofessional. although one employee, ryan, in my experience was nice. no hard feelings to him or the store, just sharing my experience. not a terrible selection of clothing/shoes, though.

Allure deserves a solid 5 stars! They offer a fantastic variety of high-quality shoes, exceptional customer service, and a clean, inviting store. If you want great shoes and a great shopping experience, Allure is the place to go.
