Had a Terrible experience with them. Their customer service is horrible. I emailed the company just to let them know so maybe they could fix the issue for other future customers and didn't even receive an email back so that let me know they don't care. I try to support small businesses but this place is terrible. I went straight to a department store and made my purchases that day. If your trying to support small and looking for any kind of customer service it is not here.

I have never had such a wonderful experience finding the right tennis shoes. I went in to buy a certain shoe for my sister and then realized that they had a sale buy one get one 50% off so I found another shoes I liked on the table and got them. Well I get home and I look at them and the more I looked at them the more I just didnt like the color so I knew I was taking them back. I went back the next day to return and there was absolutely no hassle in returning and getting another pair. The employees are amazing and make you actually feel like someone when you walk in the door not just another customer to check out. This will be the only place I make my tennis shoe purchases for myself and my family. Thank yall Wagners on Queen City Ave for everything and being so wonderful!
