Pritchett-Moore holds a wooded lot across from our house. It went on the market maybe a couple of years ago, but they were asking a lot for it so it did not sell. We reached out more than once while their sign was still up on the property because we had the CASH to buy it outright. No one from PM ever called us back. Over the past 2 years, we have also had 2 real estate agents reach out on our behalf as well, figuring PM might pay attention to people from REMAX or Keller-Williams. Nope! Theyve ghosted those agents too. I assume they dont actually want to make money, which is fine by us as we will happily take the cash we are sitting on to purchase a property from an actual competent real estate company.

Excellent property management company with efficient and effective staff who handle issues as they are supposed to in their capacity.

I do not offer it to any one. I submitted 3 different request for maintenance of property and after one month, there was no response and action for that. There are roaches in my property and pest control does not have any effect on that. we do not see any dead roach after spraying, while we see 2 or 3 of roaches every morning. Same happened to my friends home and he returned the property. I am also thinking about that.
