        I called the pharmacy to inquire about my daughter's prescription that was supposed to be requested from the MD almost a month prior. 1 was 1st told that they had faxed the MD twice with no response. When I asked who the fax was sent to I was informed they did infact receive a script from her MD back in February but the medication is on backorder. When I questioned why I was not informed, I was rudely told if I had the app I would've been able to see myself as if communication isn't possible. Then I was told that I could call around and see if other pharmacies have it. Never have I had to call a pharmacy myself. The worst thing is the staff was rude and very nonchalent about helping me with this issue. I think it may be time for a new pharmacy

        Every time I call this pharmacy I am placed on hold for at least 15 minutes just ridiculous!!!!!!
