Went in for a routine visit to get contacts and an eyeglass prescription. The lady who took me back to the exam room asked me how my eyes were doing. I told her that sometimes it feels like something is in my right eye. Since I made that comment (as I would have to any eye exam business) they put a refraction on my chart and ran it as medical even though I gave them my eye insurance upon returning for the follow up to see if my contacts fit correctly. But since they put refraction I could not use my eye insurance. Then to top it off when I went to pick my contacts up, they said they didnt charge me enough originally. I had to pay an additional amount. My PCP recommended this place and made the ROUTINE EYE EXAM appointment for me. Never again will I go here. Such a bad experience and it is too bad because the eye doctor was excellent. Ripoff. I also heard the customer before me trying to figure out why they put refraction on his and not use his eye insurance. Running a scam. Be careful.

My daughter got something in her eye and we were referred here. Dr. Wilhite was great and everyone there was kind, professional, and took great care of her.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service. Would have been five stars but the waiting room chairs were so uncomfortable it felt like a conscious design choice. I know that sounds petty but they were THAT terrible.
