I have had 2 screw ups with my prescriptions. Both times I contacted them for a renewal because my appointment was 30 days beyond running out of meds. The switch board offered no help at all saying that the person who handles that is off for the day. Called to leave a message with nurse practitioner who was also off for the day. Not the least bit of concern at all by the staff. Went in person, still no help.

Nurse practitioner messed up my med dosage, so I tried calling the clinic nurse. She didnt pick up, so I tried calling the front desk. No one picked up there either. So I decided I could wait until my appointment. Found out today that my appointment for next week has been canceled and rescheduled for NOVEMBER. Tried calling the front desk for a medication refill. Again, no one picked up. Dont go here unless you want what is easily the most negligent care that you will ever receive.

Indian Rivers has saved my life on more than one occasion. I depend on their services for my medications and treatment. Staffing is inconsistent sometimes but they always come thru and care for me.

If I could zero stars I would. This place is among the least caring and least helpful mental health centers I've ever seen. The workers don't care and damn near seem to actively avoid their patients instead of meeting with them and listening to their issues wih their medicine. This place will be the death of someone some day and I hope they're held responsible
