University Limited Properties

ULP has been nothing but amazing for our rental house. They come quickly (usually same day) when we have maintenance issues and recently added a door at no charge when we asked. Shelie is so nice and helpful. Would rent from them again. Leases are leases. Don't love all stipulations but no diff here than anywhere else.

Shelie is the worst landlord I could imagine. Multiple times we asked her to enforce non-residents parking in our already Limited parking spaces, yet she only took action MAYBE 1/20 of the times. We also asked her to get a cable fixed in September that was throttling our internet, she decided not to our entire tenure on her property. (1007 13th btw). If I were you. Do not associate with her as she is lazy dog good for nothing at her job.

Beware if you decide to rent from this company. We did everything required by our lease. I paid rent up front 6 months at a time. When we moved, they charged us $2800 to paint the apartment, basically keeping most of our deposit. There were no holes on the walls and just normal wear and tear. The girls lived there a year so I wont say there were no scratches or nicks on the walls, but it was not bad at all. These people are crooks and will basically do anything they can to keep all your money. They also do not abide by the lease and let tenants know when they will be entering the property. Twice they set off the alarm and had to call us for the password when they illegally entered without permission. Terrible landlords and are taking advantage of students.
