Cathy White was friendly and lovely to work with! She explained everything we needed to know and was easy to reach as both of us don't live in area. The house we inherited was not in good shape and we did not want to spend a lot of money on renovations. Cathy arranged for contractor to give us a quote and listened to us when we decided not to do any renovations, then arranged for cleaner to get property ready for open house. We also were concerned about having a house sitting empty so needed a quick sale. Cathy delivered! She has since stayed in touch and thoughtfully shared pictures of renovations new owners have done.

It was a pleasure working with Cathy. Not only did she help us find our new home, but she also helped us acquire an adjacent lot.
