Game-day ripoff.  Let me be detailed:Arrived at the Tuscaloosa airport and we were directed to a table where the rep sold $20 roundtrip tickets to and from the game.  Thought we had a good deal.  She sent us outside said our ride was there.  Not really.  There was a limo driver there, and he said he wasn't our ride.  But then he went in and talked to the rep.  They talked to someone else.  We got told to wait in two different places.  Then "okay" and we were to leave.  Then about 10 min later 6 other people got added to the ride. No problem, down to the stadium we went.  30 minutes of disorganization but driver was excellent.We were dropped off at the pickup spot and told just come there after the game, call the number, we will be there for you.  No time given.  No other instructions.  Very vague.  "If nobody answers just leave a message".......Game was awesome and we walked to the pickup spot.  Called the number.  First thing we were told by the rep was "I don't have you on any list" and that we wouldn't get picked up.  Then we explained we had tickets on little laminated papers given us at the airport and then it was "well let me see where my drivers are".  Waited 10 min on the phone and got told "we will message you" and disconnect.  30 min later no message.  We called and got the voice mail.  Called again same 10 min later.  An hour into no ride we started to made different plans - they weren't coming.80 minutes into the wait she answered the call and said "we have 60-70 people to pick up... we never said when we would pick you up....  we can't say when we will pick you up...."  and other useless points of fact.We gave up.  An hour after that six of our friends who waited more than 2 hours gave up.  We all found another way out.This is a completely unreliable, and poorly organized group trying to make multiple runs into a high-traffic situation with regular small-group cars.  No bus, no shuttle, just trying to make a buck with their limos.  It isn't what it should be - 15 passenger vans or bigger making a significant run from the campus out; there is no getting back in to make another run and it takes an hour or more to get out.Don't do it on game day......  you may get lucky; it will take luck.  No telling how many people they stranded yesterday.

Barry and everyone at Prestige Limo Service are above and beyond amazing.  Without fail Barry has come through for me every time, even with last minute requests to take my son to and from the airport.  I highly recommend them if you have a student that attends University of Alabama.  They are kind, safe, and always on-time.

I travel at least once or twice a month for work, and began to become overwhelmed with getting to  and from the airport, trying to find parking and then rushing to check-in. I reached out to other car service companies and others did not return the call, however Prestige answered on the first call and my flight was the next day. My driver Mr. Flowers had exceptional customer service, professionalism and punctuality. He was early to pick me up from home and the airport. He made sure to communicate with me the day before and when he was on his way. I look forward to continue doing business with Prestige. They have definitely gained a new loyal customers. I promise you can't go wrong by calling them!!!! :-)
