Today is my second experience here in the past 4 months, and both times they have been super friendly and efficient. I love the mobile check-in and wait in my vehicle service.
7:56 mobile check-in
7:57 received text that my Labcorp technican is ready for my 8:00 AM appt
8:03 I was finished and walking out to my car pain-free.

Went there to be drug tested for work, got there at 415pm, website states they are open until 5pm and everything was closed. I knocked on the lab door to speak with someone and a very rude lady explained to myself and another person there for preemployment drug screening that they (labcorp) were open until 5pm at their old location and not their new location. Myself and the other patron asked if we could still get tested and she said no I dont do that and we are actually closed right now. Very rude and Labcorp needs to take down these hours! They are only opened till 4pm!!

I wish I did not have to go here. LabCorp changes their hours daily (depending on the staff's availability), the staff has been excessively rude to me and others, and they send results the next day instead of same day to my doctor. Walgreens is always friendly but the Labcorp leaves much to be desired. Currently they changed their hours so they aren't here until after 1240 hours. I got here before 1100 hours which is when they are supposed to break for lunch and they were already gone. I've attached pictures as proof. Thank you.
