        I went in the store 8/28/2023 in Tuscaloosa Alabama and Nate C. waited on me. He was very attentive to 3 customers at one time. So he worked his magic. I purchased the bed. Thank you NateC.

        Sales staff at store great, rest of experience terrible. So far they have missed 2 delivery dates. 1st one never called. 2nd one called at 11:30am to confirm 3-6pm delivery window and still didnt show up. Now claim they cant find my bed which I was told was at the dock last week. $8500 dollars for a bed, missed 2 days of work waiting on them and still dont have a bed. Remember when made in america meant something. Totally incompetent.
