Years ago I was in need of alone had no good credit everybody turned me down my last time of trying I went to lendmark they talked to me and found out that they could help me out with the loan now I've got three vehicles that they've helped me get and had several loans that they have helped me acquire. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES When some of the representatives from local offices contact you via phone they need to learn how to talk to people . First of we are all adults and because you have no authority at home it doesn't give you the right to talk to customers any kind of way . I'm not your child because I can be just as rude as you. Not all are rude but several people in that office are rude

This place beats all I ever saw, I wanted or did pay my loan off and needed a 10 day payoff paper in form but they couldn't email or send it in a text form. They had me to take off work ( lose time at work ) in order to get this payoff paper, but its safe to take my payments online or over the phone ....Geeeezzzz thanks your realy trying to help the middle class working people. Never again will I do business with these people again.
