Wonderful place to stay!! Ondre is the best hotel clerk ever. He's very knowledgeable, kind, funny, and helpful. I really like him!! The breakfast is great. They do need little bottles of lotion and mouth wash.

Great place to stay. Only gave it a 4 star on service because I went to the front desk for a blanket and it never showed. No big deal getting used to it these days. Very clean and friendly staff.

This hotel is very nice. As per usual with hotel pools/hot tubs, they were out of order. In town touring University of Alabama with my future law student son. Great breakfast and free drinks and snacks every evening 5:39 to 7:30 Roll Tide! Rooms: Really liked the split rooms. Beds in one room, couch, TV, and kitchen type area in another.

Im not sure why this hotel has so many 4/5 star reviews . I think the shiny lobby and restaurants maybe a little blinding to some . My family arrived late from a long drive . We arrived to find out the room that was reserved for us was taken and we had to settle for less beds . My kids are tired and so am I so the manager agrees to give us a roll out and have a new room in morning as shes overbooked . Mind you I booked my room a month prior . Anyways we get to our room and the sheets are stained the pullout bed doesnt have sheets (never seen that done before ) and the roll away bed is not in the room after waiting a while. No one is answering phones from the internal system or external (cell phone) So my husband walks down requests things again. I shortly after had to go back down and address all the issues . Nice security guard made it happen instantly for me as the front desk attendant and overnight housekeeping couldnt . He was nice and tremendous help. However I hated having to make up beds at 10pm at night. Walk into the shower to find mold everywhere. Stains on walls everything is worn and not unkept for a PREMIUM ROOM. Space is limited as well. Ive stayed at other Embassy Suites and had way better service and maintenance in rooms.
