Stayed over pass weekend met the man all these reviews are about Mr Huey was as kind as the reviews speak of the breakfast was good but our second day we ate next door at the cracker barrel, my girlfriend and I will definitely be staying here in the near future. The rooms are huge we stayed in the room 209 a nice comfortable bed thanks to Gracelyn who checked us out very nice young lady

First I booked a room in February for a stay in April, found a better room so cancelled and rebooked. When I got to hotel they still had me booked for two rooms. They said I didnt cancel. I showed the confirmation email, but they still said they were going to charge me! When we arrived there were no trash cans outside or in the lobby! There was no ice in the ice machine. The water fountain did not work! As for the breakfast there was no cream for coffee both mornings. The breakfast was eggs potatoes and sausage, cereal. That was all they had. On the second morning I couldnt sleep so I sat in the breakfast area. The front desk clerk started breakfast at4:45. He first brought out leftover potato and put them in the warmer. Then made coffee that would sit for 2 hours because he said I couldnt have any until six. He then began microwaving the other breakfast items. Who knows how many days they have been warmed back up.the room was decent except for the sofa pullout was straight springs and had no bedding. I went to get bedding and the front desk clerk gave me dirty sheets. When the housekeeper came by she didnt even make the beds. I definitely will not stay here again! I just called to make a reservation and was told they had 3 rooms left. I went on to say it would be 2 adults and a dog of 40 lbs. The person told me it would be $75 and when I said the reviews said $25 for one dog he proceeded to tell me the Hilton was charging $150 and promptly hung up on me before I even had a chance to speak! Bad customer service. Guess they don't need the business.

What a great hotel! The GM Huey is a wonderful man and puts his heart into his work here and interactions with guests. The hotel is clean, the rooms are modern and comfortable, I love the lights hanging next to the bed. They're those cool antique looking Edison bulb lights. I wish I took a picture. The breakfast was so-so, but I don't expect much from continental breakfasts. And the neighbor above my room was a little noisy, but you can tell this hotel is built better than some because the noise he was making wasn't super loud / wasn't loud enough to keep me awake. I love that the fridge in my room was a good size and the sink next to it was super convenient for washing a few dishes we had. Everything was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely come back next time we're in the area!
