Had an absolutely excellent experience purchasing my 2022 Passport at Townsend Honda last month. From the receptionist, to the parts/features specialist who accompanied me on my test drive, the finance department, and most of all, my Sales Representative Brian A., I couldnt have asked for a better experience. This was my first time to both negotiating and purchasing a vehicle all by myself, and I was understandably nervous. I was completely transparent about this fact and at no point did I feel swindled or taken advantage of. Brian talked me through all of the process, put me and my concerns above solely making the sale, and even helped me shop around for the best possible interest rate. We arranged what I felt was a fair price (less than MRSP) and I likewise felt I got a fair value for my trade-in. I live about an hour away from the dealership and the drive was well worth it. Ill definitely be back to Townsend and working with Brian for my next vehicle.

Really impressed with service here! Tim was never pushy but was able to answer my concerns without me really knowing them! He also respected my budget in place and found what I didnt know I needed, but was a better fit for our family. Cannot say enough how great these folks are!

I presented the dealership with a coupon for a front end alignment, and after declining two services for my vehicle and upon completion of the alignment I was given the invoice and the coupon that was discounted had a shop charge below it for the exact price of the coupon. Seemed to me the dealership didn't take kindly to me refusing the two services so a shop charge was added on to negate my coupon discount.
