McCoy Service Co LLC

I spoke with Keith McCoy, who said he was the owner. We set an appointment for 2 days out for him to come quote a plumbing job for me. Keith texted me back the next day and told me there was a $30 service fee for coming to quote the job (even though his advertises free estimates). I asked would that go toward the final bill and he said yes. So I told him ok, that wouldn't be a problem. He asked me to text him the address and I did. We agreed to meet at 5:00 p.m. the following day at the property to be repaired. I got there about 4:30 p.m. At 5:15 Keith nor any of his associates had showed up so I tried calling him to see if he needed direction (I had texted him the address to the property the day before.). I got no answer but left a voice message. 5:30 p.m. came and I still had not heard from Keith. So, I called him again then texted him asking if he was still going to make it. I just got the voice mail again and still no return text. I tried again at 5:45 p.m. but got the same results. At 6:00 p.m. I finally left. I tried calling and texting Keith the next day but got the same results ( VM and no response to calls nor text). This all took place between Jan 31, 2022 - Feb 2, 2022. As of today (2/25/22), I still haven't gotten a call back, a text response, nor any contact/feedback what so ever from Keith nor any associate of McCoy Service Co. From my experience, I found them to be very unreliable. They won't communicate with you, and even worse, they actually set an appointment, confirmed the date and time, made sure I knew they were charging upfront to come, BUT never showed. They were a NO SHOW / NO CALL BACK. If I could give them a lower rating I would. They were very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend McCoy Service Co
