    I'd give zero stars if I could. The garbage has never been removed on time, and it is useless to call and complain, it is all perfunctory.

    GFL terribly mishandled the transfer of service from EcoSouth. Our account was not transferred over until over 1 month after the December payment was due (significantly after the transfer). After several calls and poor service from your service rep (promised calls back were never returned and system down on multiple occasions), someone finally linked our account and I was able to pay online. However, they still suspended my account and did not pick up my trash on Wednesday, 1/18. This ALL transpired due to GFLs inability to handle a smooth transition from EcoSouth. Sadly, the consumer is locked into a no-choice situation. I will speak to the Leeds city leadership about whether we have other options. Service: Trash removal & disposal

    Last week, I think it was the 14, was my first visit to GFL and it was a pleasant visit. All of the employees, and yes, even the dozer operators were nice and had good attitudes. But, I must warn all you guys, they keep a cougar in the office whose smile will snatch out your heart. I think they call her Jenny.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This has to be the worst business I've experiences in my 15+ years being in the workforce. We have literally been trying to reach them for 5-6 weeks - the representative won't answer her phone and the voice mailbox is full. We have finally been able to get her to respond to a couple e-mails (I've put on read receipts so we know she's reading them), but still hasn't taken action and has only responded to 2 or 3 out of 10-12. I emailed the general manager of the branch to explain it all, ask what we need to do to get them to respond to us, and voiced additional complains - he read the e-mail, but didn't respond. Their customer service is so bad, we're trying to cancel the service and get them to pick up their dumpster, but they won't respond or follow-through. You will see tons of similar complains wherever you see the ability to write a review. Services: Dumpster rental, Trash removal & disposal

    This company is never on time to do pick up. If you call customer service you're on hold for more than an hour. I have gone 2 weeks with no pick ups. It took 3 week for me to receive my trash can.
