Had the WORST experience with this company. What should have taken a week or two took months only for them to ruin every baseboard in the house, and my front door which will now have to be repainted again. Workers left trash in the house, floors were not the color they were suppose to be and were left with very visible lines and streaks as well and had to constantly check in with them since they decided TWICE instead of coming out to the house they just wouldn't show up and never would of known had my boyfriend not went to the house to check the work that was suppose to be done only to find out they didn't even show up and they didn't even call to let us know about any of this and when we called to see why there was no work done we were told that "someone in the office quit" so they forgot to let us know. SO much money wasted on these floors and now we're having to pay for them to be fixed along with having the walls and baseboards all repainted from the damage they caused. It was just headache after headache with this company!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Absolute horror storyfor my experiance with them. I'm keeping the review short but there's a thousand words I could say of the wrong done. Look at more reviews than these old Google ones. I wish I would have.

First, the negatives. The process for getting started was clunky. They gave us a quote, but then when it was time to start, the price was higher. Also, my wife is an architect and has managed lots of construction and building projects, but there was some "man-splaining" going on and times they talked down to her. Also, the proect took forever -- like just about every construction project anyone has ever done. We were doing two bathrooms and they had one guy on the job. Like, really? We have two bathrooms? Could you send two workers over here? But, those are the negatives. The quality of the work and the quality of the people doing the work was excellent. The worker doing the work was pleasant to have in our home, and the supervisor who was checking in was also pleasant. Once we did settle on the price, the price never changed. If we are doing tile work again we will absolutely use these people, and we feel great recommending them to a friend.
