These guys are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Michael, he has never steered me wrong!! Will use again next time with carpet. 5 out of 5!!

My mom went in here for flooring, and the man in the store at the time had customer service that's was so horrible, I had to review being that customer service is an important aspect to have, especially in this type of business. Longgg story short, he dismissed my mom, told her the flooring was "rather expensive" multiple times... When asked for the price, he said he didn't know and he'd have to look (with a tone of disinterest in her business). She then got a sample and took it took her new home and loved it. Came back to the store to return it and his response was "okay" and he proceeded to disregard her presence. She left the store and found the flooring elsewhere with a business that was extremely friendly to her even though she didn't dress up and adorn her diamonds to shop for flooring and they will be getting her 20k+ business. I see good reviews here but I know my mom doesn't fix up often. There's no acceptance in treating someone like they are irrelevant bc they don't fix up for the world. Many that don't flaunt it have it and vice versa. Guess he should have paid closer attention to the vehicle she arrived in and the bag she carries . If the owner(s) reads this, reflection of your treatment and view of others would be very beneficial to not only your business but your soul/character. You may not miss that profit too much, but it's more about the way you treat others that matters. I'm hoping you find this review with an open mind and work towards self-improvement.

Set up an appointment for an estimate with Todd. He no showed us, hasnt called, etc. Unreliable.
