Took my less than one year old recliner because it wouldnt recline right (felt unsteady when letting out). I called all around Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. The furniture medics (a furniture repair chain) never called me back. One place in Birmingham wanted to charge me 2500 for a recliner I bought for $750. In desperate I messaged this business and got a response in the morning. The owner theorized what he thought the problem was and asked me to bring it in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was confident he could fix it. Not only did he fix the broken piece, he replaced all the other pieces of similarly poor craftsmanship and he reinforced the chair by adding some wood to the seat. It feels better than it did new. Bedwells was the last call this time but will be the first one I call with any other furniture repair issues. Very good man with a beautiful family.

Absolutely love this shop! The staff are so kind and friendly, and my furniture has never looked better. I intend to have all my clothing alterations done here!
