Budget Car Rental

DO NOT RESERVE A VEHICLE WITH THEM! Paid for my rental in full online with a debit card get to the place for Janice (rude btw) to tell us we have to use a credit card on file to hold 250...explained we don't have a credit card can we just use the debit card to hold the 250..she said no and there was nothing she could do...my other family members who also rented with them has the same issues...but she let them do a credit check to rent the vehicle we did not get that option..but we did get a full refund

I rented a van in June. In July, I rented a SUV. Made online reservations. Both experiences were great. Great prices. The associates were friendly. Both times, they had the vehicles that I needed. My only complaint would be that the vehicles could be a little cleaner vacuumed better, whipped down. The SUV smelled like someone had smoked it in. I just sprayed it down with Febreeze. Other than that, my experiences were great.

very unprofessional day of my prom I go to pick up the car I reserved and they are sold out couldnt even contact anyone to let them know they dont have any cars available

Do not go here if you are looking for a LUXURY CAR. We booked 2 weeks prior and was told that it would be a CHRYSLER 300, but when we went to pick it up the lady at the desk said that they NEVER have LUXURY CARS, and she dont know why its even an option. I wish we wouldve known before the day of pick up. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
