      image I'm very disappointed with wells fargo. I had a dispute about a company who sent me very subpar items I opened a case and seller was contacted where they provide fake tracking information. Wells Fargo sided with the scammer the company later contact me saying only 20 percent refund from 80 dollars. What? The product was very bad Chinese quality

      image It's helpful they are everywhere... but trying to get a loan, I had to talk to multiple people in the branch and on the phone before talking to a loan officer. Just a bit frustrating

      image I came in to simply deposit a check, it was not a small check but I have the card attached to the account and the PIN number to which it was being deposited. I truly hate the felling of assumed dishonesty from the tellers. My organization has two large accounts with this bank in addition to our personal account and we have to always prove its us. I get they have a job to do but the atmosphere is so negative at times. I know fraud is rampant and Wells Fargo has had issues but they t would be nice to be treated as if f you really taking care of business
