Let me explain why I gave a 3 star. First I have always loved Tuscaloosa Toyota! My man Mike that I bought my car from is the best salesman. Two I have always got the service department to look after my baby. But three I had a run in last time I was there. One of the service reps came to me(after they serviced my baby)and told me I needed some things done. Note that the things was supposed to be for preventive maintenance. But still my car had 40,000 miles on it. The request that the man stated was for 30,000 miles. Nobody mentioned anything about it. He made me feel like I was neglecting my car. The things he said sounded like a scam. I wrote my salesman to let him know about what had happened. So far everybody that I know I have been giving them a heads up about the service department. Don't get me wrong I LOVE TUSCALOOSA TOYOTA. But don't come to me with $500 worth of stuff that I can do my self and then send me email after email about what they think needs to be done. Even thoe they neglected to say anything for 10,000 miles. Just wanted to put that out there.
