        I reached out to AHS to have my warranty cover the repair of my oven on 12/23/2023. They sent Searstwice. The first time Sears closed out my issue prematurely. The second time they came out they ordered a part that apparently is on infinite back order. AHS supposedly asked for a diagnostic report over a week ago in order to change my status from needing repair to needing replaced, and still hasnt received it. Today is 4/13/2024. The lack of integrity and accountability is infuriating. But hey! Its not the family of a Sears employee who cant use their oven so who cares, right? 0/10

        I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Already had to wait 2 weeks for someone to look at my refrigerator and finally get an appointment on 3/6 from 8-5! So you expect someone to be at home ALL DAY waiting in you just for you to call and say the truck broke down at 12 and you would have to reschedule. I complied and was understanding because things happen. It was rescheduled for Friday 3/8 ans once again, I get a call saying that a repair guy can't come and I have to reschedule again!!! Like how unprofessional. I think they have the worst service ever!!!
