A-Bear Appliance Repair in Tuscaloosa

Calling this company was an absolute WASTE of $85. We called them to fix our oven door that wouldn't close properly. They charged $85 for the service call and told us that "they don't make parts for our oven anymore." It is a high quality Kitchen Aid. When we told him that we saw parts for it on the Kitchen Aid website he told us that WE could order them and call him back and he could install them but he couldn't get them. What?!? That was the end of the service call and we owed $85! We ended up researching ourselves, ordering new hinges from the Kitchen Aid store and installing them ourselves. I repeat, calling this company was an absolute WASTE of $85. Service: Oven repair

The guy was nice and very helpful. He was honest about the kind of repairs we would need and did not make suggestions based on his own gain. We will use them again for any future needs we have.
