Duncan House Apartments

I've visited a tenant at the apartment complex for the past 5 months with no issues but today after visiting for no longer than 45 minutes tops I go out to the parking lot to leave in my vehicle to discover it was towed. I tracked down the apartment of the on-site manager and he said he had it towed because I didn't have a decal. I asked him about a vehicle that just so happened to pull into the same spot I had just been towed from to find out that he was the owner of the property son. The worst part is the on-site Mgr was standing outside when I pulled in and parked and could have said something to me. Now I have to pay 160 dollars to get my car back and find a ride to do so.

I'll tell u how horrible this place. The manager is suck. First, when I move in, my bathroom water tap is leak, I told the freaking manager (not just once , I text and meet her)and she finally repair it (didn't finish, the water tap leak leak when take shower, totally finished after a year. after a month. I spend $183 for a month water bill. Not just that. The internet line in the whole building is old and should change that. She came and told me should change and it's free. When they leave, there is a big hole on the wall, she said she'll fix it which been fixed takes 10 months later. And the next month I pay my internet bill, they're are $52 more for service fee. Also, the apparent sometimes has stranger to "pest control " One time, I lost a worth $200 quilt which I put in a fancy bag in my room. Anyway, if u see this, please try other apartment if u don't want be another victim.
