Regency Oaks Condominiums

Love these condos! They are part of the University Downs complex so you get to use the amenities there. They are just a little older. Most are very well kept though. Very convenient to campus--will be super convenient once they finish the bridge/pedestrian walkway across the railroad tracks. That should be done in a couple of years.

Management is terrible. I reported problems in the apartment on the day i moved in and none of them have been resolved over the almost 10 months of me living here. And i have incredibly noisy neighbors and no matter how many times I say something to the office, nothing is done about it. It's finals week and I can't even study because management won't say anything to my neighbors or establish quiet hours for at least this one week.

Loved it here for the first two months but then they switched the cable and internet from Xfinity to WhiteSky and it has been horrible dealing with them. The internet signal constantly drops in and out, the connection is horrible, and the box connecting our unit to the internet only has one ethernet port. The bedroom farthest from the connection box doesn't even have enough of a signal to connect my desktop nor my printer. Mind you, this change began in the summer of 2020 and with most of the classes and work being online it was a huge issue. I had to find hotspots on campus and around town just to get anything done. Also, the noise from the cats at the cookout parking lot is annoying as well. TL/DR: I love the apartment complex and my rental company, but the internet is horrible and the cookout traffic sucks
