Arbor Place Apartments

There is a lot of roaches and management are rude and dishonest. They are going to take your deposit and send other charges to collections. These people should not be in business. They lack integrity and are money hungry.

I wouldn't stay here at all. It started out great and ended up being a nightmare. Save your money and move to a nicer place.

Worst apartment complex possible. Roaches everywhere, bed bugs, and the people are the worst part. I stayed here because it was cheap but it does not end cheap. Had a leak above my shower and maintenance came and cut a hole above my shower to fix it. They left the hole and when i moved out Arbor place charged me for repairing the hole!!! I never received any notice until 8 months after i moved out and my bill had been sent to collections. Since it was already at collections they said there was nothing they could do. Whenever Maintenance would enter my apartment they would leave foot prints and trash from their work. They are garbage apartments and people that do not serve the customer they look for anyway to take advantage of the residents. Do not stay here!
