Billy Brodie was my realtor on the sale of my house and did an amazing job. A couple weeks prior to listing he laid out a clear and precise action plan on marketing in social media, stagging, open house and various other techniques to sell my house. Billy is the best! He helped us through the process of a semi-custom/production built home. He was in tune with the progress of the home and lined up everything we needed done before we could close. When schedules started to slide, he didnt let up on the builder. He pushed for all our wants and had all the hard conversations so that we didnt have to. Thankful to have had his help!
