The customer service was the best I've had in a very long time. I was a walk-in but I felt welcomed and appreciated. Even though I don't live close by, I will be frequently traveling through the area and I will make it a point to come back.

Very unprofessional, don't understand English, the nail tech and her sister who did my nails didnt know basic nail things about Monomer and polymer chemical reaction making my nail hot . I asked the lady doing my nails to spray the nail that was BURNING UP because of the chemical reaction and she told me" NOT RIGHT NOW" , like excuse me ?? She Even felt how hot my nail was and continued to refuse the Alcohol to cool it down. And Also the lady and her sister talked about me in my face , I might not understand the language but I know when somebody throwing shade. And I should call the BBB cause they trynna sell shrimp fried rice in a NAIL SHOP !

As far as the store it's self, the atmosphere, the employees (the sisters, mom and dad) 5 stars definitely, wonderful people. Even tho they say some of the craziest off the wall stuff, I still loved the mess out of them. Cool clients and the staff were very hospitable and kind. BUT OK I came in a hour before they closed, and they complained about this but the thing about it but the thing about it is I called first to make sure it was OK to come in and they assured me it was fine to come on in. This was a big mistake.... I was getting a manicure and pedicure for the first time in YEARS and my significant other paid for it for valentines day. When I tell you they charged me $120 for this botched job looks like something my 2 year old would have done better at. I originally wanted nude acrylic but once I seen how awful the nails were turning out, how you could see thru the acrylic and could see the line were the tip was glued on half way down my nail bed. I changed to gel color and I asked her for a very light nude brownish pink color, and she gave me blush pink. There's so many grooves and indentions and waves in the nails, and my nail beds and cuticles are so sore this morning from how much she ate away at them with the drill and the file but with all that filing, the nails look completely unfiled, very thick very opposite of smooth and even the toes aren't any better still have so much dry dead skin and callus on my feet, .the mom spent the majority of the time rubbing my calves damn near raw with a body scrub exfoliant I will admit the toes look much better than the nails, the sister kinda saved the toes, but the feet are still very undone. Still rough and hard. For the price I paid I expected way more ladies. Look at all the tiny black air bubbles that's cans up on my nails too And for $120 I am sick this morning. I'll never go back there. Now I'm stuck with these ugly nails for the next few weeks.. Loved the store, the family, the atmosphere, the hospitality the kindness, the small talk, HATE the finished result of the nails and feet and the high price for such a bad job . Beware

I love this place. This family is absolutely amazing. I normally get a pedi (I've had all of them and HIGHLY recommend the jelly) but I wanted to try something different this time. Id never had the dip before and I am so pleased with the results. Look how stunning!!

Very disappointing experience. Just moved here and was looking for a go to nail salon and went with my girls. I asked them to have manicures and all they did was cut their nails and applied polish. No soaking, cuticle cutting or anything. Myself I received a shellac pedicure and she charged me an extra $10 to have the bottom of my heels done. She didnt clean my cuticles, and made a mess of my polish. She didnt even shape my toe nails. She even tried to sell my homemade fried rice. Spent $110 and gave them $10 tip each and it was a complete waste of money. Will never be going back again. I should have said something but Im too nice as I know its not easy running a business these days but extremely disappointed in this place. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures
