Every time I have been to this location I have had a issue either my order has been wrong or the service has been extremely horrible and for example, today they had enough people but their line was an hour wait almost in the drive-through. I had asked for four ranches, and when I tried to get someones attention the five of them yea five all had their backs turned to the windows cutting up with Each other to get the other two, when I finally got someones attention. She was smart with me and told me they dont have extra ranches, I watched the person in front of me before leaving trying to give back her ranches, and they said no keep them, theyre so stupid.

Great dining experience. I'm not a fried chicken eater but at one place, Jack's. Their chicken is wonderful. Their store is clean inside and out. Their bathroom was clean and well stocked. I got the three piece chicken dinner with Mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans. I also ordered 2 extra chicken fingers. The chicken came up in about a minute. It was too hot to eat when I got it. The Mashed potatoes and gravy were hot thick and hearty. The green beans were plenty hot too. They had big pieces of ham or side meat with them. There were not just out of the can either. Thry had some spicing added and tasted like a mom had cooked them her special way. The chicken pieces were large and fresh. The batter made a nice crust. The chicken was done to the bone and was moist throughout. It was excellent. The chicken fingers were large and well cooked also. They were crispy. I had the BBQ sauce and a Comeback sauce. I dipped the chicken fingers and some of the chicken pieces in the sauces. This was a great combination. My biscuit was used to sop up some of the gravy from the potatoes. All in all this was a wonderful meal. The cashier was helpful and made sure I got my rewards points. She had one of the guys bring my dinner to me due to me being on an oxygen generator and having a tough time with the loaded tray. My wife and I eat at one of about 5 Jack's weekly. We enjoy the varied menu. And like the staff at each of them. We will be back soon.

I stopped here for dinner , walked in at 6:00 p.m , waited about 10 mins in line before I had my order taken. Let me just say the "manager" Charles should NOT be in a kitchen. He told me it would be 20 minutes until my order was ready with was only a 8 piece fried chicken thighs and legs only. He was rude and seemed annoyed I wanted to wait for what I paid for. So while I been there 30 minutes waiting on my dinner , I heard Charles tell several workers that I was taking all the chicken like EXCUSE ME ?! How are y'all out of chicken in the middle of dinner rush ? And how is 1 order taking all your chicken ? That's a problem for one. For two no biscuits were made Manager Charles had to hurry and throw them in oven . Ridiculous wait for 1 meal.. And then I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed because manager Charles was saying out loud how I was taking all the chicken and all I ordered was 1 8 piece family meal!! Will NOT be back!!
