Our affordably-priced 24-hour gym in Trussville offers a variety of programs and amenities to keep you in shape. At 24e, you can enjoy a yoga class, sweat it out in a spin class, get your pump on with some free weights, or even get a healthy glow in our tanning beds. Regenerate at our new Smoothie bar! Whether you prefer working out in an individual or group setting, we’ve got something for you.Founded in 2010 in Hoover, AL, 24e was opened by Wayne Alford. Having been a member of many gyms in the Birmingham area, Wayne knew the biggest concerns most people have when it comes to choosing a gym are costs, cleanliness, hours, and well-maintained equipment and facilities. He took those concerns & designed the first 24e location around them.
