Ivy Row at Troy

I took a tour today with Antwan and its one of the nicest places in troy with about 7 different floor plans to choose from. Get my boy Antwan a golf cart!!

By far one of the nicest place to stay in troy. Management is great and really have enjoyed the time I have spent at Ivy Row.

Ivy row is some of the newest nicest apartment/houses in Troy. Marketed directly to students, these over priced apartments look nice on the outside but they have cut corners when it comes to connection. For the price of these they dont offer the ability to walk to campus or to stream on high speed Wi-Fi. They have cut corners by not providing fiber to the residents. Its ridiculous to think that youre going to be paying a premium price of 700 per room plus utilities (OVER $2000) without the luxury of standard internet. Your better off living on campus or finding somewhere else to stay. Marketing this as an upscale experience is far from the truth. Wealthy parents beware. The only person I know that lives there is the friendly neighborhood drug dealer. Two stars because the pool is nice and the houses are new.
